Ann Legear, 79, of Geneva, Alabama, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, October 26, 2026. Born on October 7, 1947, Ann was the daughter of the late Thelma and Rex Morrow and sister to the late Sarah Haney.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Ann found joy in the simplicity of life. She enjoyed keeping things tidy, getting out and going places, working on crossword puzzles and watching cooking shows. Her presence brought warmth to all who knew her and she will be dearly missed.

Ann is survived by her husband, Bobby Legear; her children, Doug (Kristie) Williams and Lori Norris; and her grandchildren, Landon Williams, Carson Williams, Dylan (Cheyenne) Webb, Crystal (Avery) Adams, Kasey (Daniel) King, and Kara (Cody) Bell. Also mourning her loss are her six great-grandchildren, brother Coy Pitts, sister Mae (Wayne) Lankford, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at Black Community Cemetery, with Shelby Lett of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home officiating.
